Art Jewelry Magazine Review

Art Jewelry

I never get tired of reading Art Jewelry Magazine. This jewelry making magazine covers a real variety of jewelry making techniques from beginner metalsmithing techniques, working with wire, polymer clay, metal clay and plenty of other jewelry media.

You'll find plenty of inspiration from the beautiful and innovative jewelry featured in each issue of Art Jewelry. There are also plenty of health and safety tips for jewelry artists and information on tools and products that are useful for jewelry designers.

Some metalsmithing purists, have expressed disappointment that this magazine has moved away from a metalsmithing focus to include other jewelry making techniques, and this change has caused a bit of controversy for long-time readers of this magazine. Some people love the new focus and the inclusion of a range of media and techniques, while others would prefer to see the magazine return to a focus on metalsmithing.

I personally love to experiment with new techniques, so I enjoy the broader focus. You never know what intriguing projects you'll find in Art Jewelry. If you want to take your jewelry beyond beading, pick up a copy of this jewelry making magazine; you'll find plenty of great ideas to spark your imagination.
