Do you have a great craft business article to share?
When I first started selling crafts, I was immediately impressed by the sense of community among professional craft artists. People I met at shows were always willing to share a tip, recommend other good shows and answer my questions.
Most of the craft artists I have met approach their business with that same attitude and seem to embrace the philosophy that "a rising tide lifts all boats."
My goal is to create the same sense of community here.
Use the form below to submit it, and I will publish it here on this site and mention it on my blog and in my newsletter as well.
If you promote your crafts online on your own site, on a blog or in an Etsy shop, please include your URL with your craft business article, and I will provide a link to your craft site with your published article.
Each useful, relevant article that is published (yes, you are welcome to submit more than one if you like!) will include a link to your website, blog or Etsy shop.
However, it is not necessary to submit a website link. Please don't feel you must to have a website in order to share an article!
Before you start writing, here are some guidelines for adding an article:
Submissions must be craft related.
Articles must be at least 400 words in length. 400 to 800 word articles are ideal; this length is generally long enough to provide helpful information and allow search engines to find your article and concise enough to be read easily online.
Your articles must be your own original work and not in violation of anyone's copyright
I may edit for grammar, spelling and search engine keywords.
Any article you submit remains your own; you own the copyright and all rights to the work.
